We accept credit card payments online via our secure processing system, alternatively, payments can be made by credit card, cheque, money order or direct deposit by printing and filling in the order form we provide and fax or post it with your payment or payment details.

All orders are dispatched after orders are received and payments are cleared (allow 10 working days for cheque or direct deposit clearance) and is subject to availability.

All goods are delivered by Australia Post registered mail. An authorised signatory may need to be at the delivery address to sign for and recieve the order. Photo identification may need to be presented. We suggest orders are delivered to your work address if you believe someone may not be home to sign for the order (please ensure your shipping address is a physical address, we do not deliver to PO Boxes). Please note the contact number you specify in your order may be used by the delivery service to contact you in the event you are not present to collect your purchase. If you experience any problems during delivery please indicate the nature of the problem via our contact page.

We will accept the return or exchange of products that have been found to be faulty or defective. We cannot accept the return or exchange where the plastic seal is broken and the software is neither faulty nor defective due to copyright and licensing restrictions. This restriction does not apply to products returned within the money back guarantee period.

We utilise 128 bit SSL encryption technology to protect the transmission of your credit card data. Your card number is passed directly to our payment processor and is never stored in our system.

Personal information collected by us through this site is used solely for the purpose of processing your orders and is protected by our secure processing system. When you supply us with a credit card number, this information is transmitted via a secure link to our payment gateway service where it is either accepted or declined. We do not store your credit card details on our site or system.

For the protection of your privacy, only authorised employees involved directly with the processing of your orders are granted access to your details. The unauthorised access or use of such information by an employee is prohibited and constitutes grounds for disciplinary actions. Furthermore, we do not sell, trade or release your personal information to any other organisation.
